SPRING CLEANING

Warm up: hip/shoulder mob; 250 m row, 2 x 5:  mb clean shrugs, mb cleans, mb oh press, mb rdl

Skill Focus:  Power Clean
Warm up and build accordingly; then 3 attempts for a 1 rm

 WOD:

1 power clean 135#/100#
1 hang power clean
1 S2O
15 sit ups
EMOM for 13 min
If you fail to complete a round, you must sit the next one out.
Post pc 1 rm and # rds completed for score

Happy 34th Birthday to Mike!  And what an evil finisher:  34 squats, 34 alt lunges, 34 alt split jumps and 17 jump squats--vested!  Oh that sounds a lot like leg cranks but worse.  Thanks to Coach Kevin for coming up with that delightful idea. . .
