4 x 400 m repeats 3 min btwn efforts
5 min rest

WOD:

8 tabata rds each (complete 8 intervals then move to next)
rest 1 min btwn/transition
KB swings 53#/35
Ball slams 30-40#/25-30#
Push ups
Sit ups
Score is the lowest round of 8* for each added together and slowest 400
