Lungevity

Warm up:  50 single jump ropes, 30 du's (or attempts), 20 walking lunges, 1 rd of Cindy

Skill/focus:  Barbell Lunge
W/ light bb or pvc review of proper lunge form then build to a working load

SWOD:  Barbell lunge 8. 8. 8. 8. 8 (4R, 4L)

DWOD:
10, 1 legged burpees (tot)
20 ball slams 20#/14#
30 kipping pull ups
40 du's
50 wal balls
60 evil wheels or barbell rollouts
for time
Post 4 rm lunge and time for score
***wear pants of long socks on Tuesday***

Congratulations to Taylar Stallings:  As most of you know, yesterday's Raw Unity Powerlifting Event was Taylar's last for awhile as she moves forward to her current goals for CF Open, Regionals and the Games.  What a way to complete a 4 1/2 year Powerlifting career:  Taylar holds the world record for the squat and deadlift in 4 weight classes (198, 181, 165 and 148) and the bench in the 198 class.  Yesterday was Taylar's first time in the 148# weight class--her lightest yet and also her strongest.  She broke the squat and deadlift world record twice and captured the overall record with an amazing total of 1178 .  Squat:  424, Bench:  253, Deadlift: 501.  We are so proud of you!
