Skill/focus:  Floor Press
1 x 5, 1 x 3, 1 x 2

Floor Press 3 rm
2 x max reps @ 85% of 3 rm

 WOD

10 plyo push ups (chest slap, clapping, pop off)
10 hollow rocks
3 wall climbs (chest to wall for rx)
4 RFT
Post 3 rm bench and time for score
