SACK UP

Warm up: 800 m run; 2 x 8 1 arm swings sit ups; handstand practice w/ or w/ out walls; 1 min squat hold, hip mobility (glutes)

Skill/focus:  Back Squat
Warm up and build as needed

Back Squat 3 rm

WOD
10 1 arm db snatches (tot, alt) 45-50#/30-35#
12 1 arm db thrusters (tot, 6 ea)
10 pull ups with the db
4 RFT
Post bs 3 rm and time for score
