DEADEND

Warm up: 400 m run; 1 x 10 of pvc pass thrus, good mornings, ohs, mb slams, mb cleans

Skill/focus:  Deadlift
2 x 5, 1 x 3 to build

Deadlift 3rm (exceed last weeks by 10#/5#)

Partner WOD:

1 min row for max cals
1 min chins
1 min db sq clean50-55#/30-35#
1 min du's

Partner 1 works for 1 min while partner 2 rests.  Then they switch – each doing the exercise before moving on.   Cycle thru for a total of 3 rds.
Post dl 3 rm and total team reps for score
