PULL PUSH

Warm up:  250 m row, 8 scapular pull ups, w/ light db's 8 push ups, 8 bent over rows, 8 press

Skill/focus:  Press
Warm up and build as needed

Press 5 rm (exceed last week’s by 5#/2.5#)
then-
3 x max rep strict pull ups (2 min btwn)**

 WOD

5 db push press 50-55#/30-35#
20 burpees
10 db push press
15 burpees
15 db push press
10 burpees
20 db push press
5 burpees
For time
Post 5 rm, # pull ups if rx and time
**no bands today; for those that do not have pull ups use manual assistance or negatives
