SUPER SQUAT

Warm up:  200 m run, 100 m side shuffle R, 10 m side shuffle L; 2 x 10 mtn clmbrs (ea leg), pass thrus, pvc good mornings; 1 min squat hold; wrist, shoulder and hip mobility

Skill/focus:  Back Squat
warm up / build as needed

Back Squat 7 rm (take your 5 from last week and go for 7)

WOD
3 front squats 155#/110#
200 m sprint
5 RFT
Post 7 rm and time for score
