DEADLOCKS
Warm up: row 350, 20 pvc good mornings, 20 squats, 10 burpees, 10 sit ups, 20 lunges
Skill/Focus: Deadlift
1 x 8, 1 x 5, 1 x 3 or as needed
Deadlift 3 RM
WOD
2 rds: 1 min at each station; 2 min btwn rds
Chin ups
Kb goblet squats 70#/53#
Box jumps w/ step down 24”/20”
Db snatch 50-55#/35-40#
Row for cals
For max reps + cals
Post 3rm dl and total reps + cals for score
