OUTLAW HELL

Warm up:  400 m run; 2 rds backwards Cindy, 1 min squat hold, 20 pass thrus

Skill/Focus: Review movements for a few rounds with light weight and building to working weight.  Set to strip

This WOD courtesy of Outlaw CrossFit. . .

1 power clean (no squat)
1 hang clean (yes, that includes a squat)
1 push jerk 225#/150#
every 30 s for 10 min

Scale accordingly and set to strip.  If you have to strip the weight then do so.  Your score will be the weight that is on the bar when you finish.  If you take weight off you cannot add weight back on.

Extra Credit:  you shouldn't need anything else.  But for those of you who insist we have a surprise. . .
Post ending weight on bar and # rds completed for score.
