Warm up: 250 m row; 2 rounds of: Cindy, 10 total straight legged toe touches
Skill/focus: Press & Front Squat
Warm up and build

Press 1 rm; 2 attempts
Front squat 1 rm; 2 attempts
20 oh walking lunges (tot) 45#/25#
30 (tot) Russian twists 20/14 (feet off ground, must touch mb to ground on each side)
5 RFT
Post press and front s 1 rm and time for score
Shout outs to all of the amazingly high 1 rm box jumps yesterday. We had several and I mean several in the high 40's and low 50's. Congrats to Josh for taking the leaderboard with 55" and to Nicky for her leaderboard 43" jump. Sorry we didn't get coverage on that one:(
