Warm Up: 10 PVC pass-throughs, bear crawl, 10 burpees, 50-meter high-knee skip, 50-meter bum kickers

Beginning of 2013 PT test. This will give the kids a change to see how much they improved from 2012
In 1 minute max: sit ups, push ups, squats
For time: 40m shuttle run, 50m sprint, 100m sprint
For Distance: Broad Jump, Vertical Jump
