Check out CF Jaguar member's in this New Year's Resolution video from ABC Action News. . .
While many people wait for the start of the New Year to make resolutions members of CF Jaguar set goals throughout the year and for us this was just another day--although a cause for celebration still. Our sense of community and support lend to this environment and the difference is it's a lifestyle. It's something we do everyday week in and week out. We wouldn't think of going weeks or even days without wodding. While no one is perfect most of us have found an 80/20 Primal relationship with our nutrition and don't stray too far off course thus the ability to maintain a healthy weight year round. Again, it's a lifestyle. This New Year's class is a small but accurate representation of our community. To continued health and achievement of goals in 2013!
