OLY DAY

Warm Up: 500 m row or 400 m run; 2 x 10 push ups, 15 pass thrus, 100 jumpropes (singles); Burgener x 5

Skill Focus: Snatch and Clean Variations
Spend 5-10 warming up and choosing variations

WOD

EMOM for 10 min, choose either, the weight and stay with it
Snatch x 2 (either full, power or any combo)
Clean x 3 (either full, power or any combo)

7 box jumps
14 double unders
7 supine ring pulls
AMRAP in 12 min
Post weight/lift done and #rds for score
