Int/Adv: go for a 1 rm
Beg: go for a 5 rm
WOD
10 min to find your 1 rm back squat
5 min rest
10 min to find your 1 rm dead lift
5 min rest
10 min to find your 1 rm overhead press
Post rm in order of squat/dl/ohp
