Warm Up: 400m run, 2 rds Cindy

Skill Focus: Get into groups of 3 ish
5 min for squat warm up

Int/Adv: go for a 1 rm
Beg: go for a 5 rm

WOD

10 min to find your 1 rm back squat
5 min rest
10 min to find your 1 rm dead lift
5 min rest
10 min to find your 1 rm overhead press
Post rm in order of squat/dl/ohp
