Bring On the Bear

Warm up:  800 m run, 10 squats, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 10 back ext, 10 pull ups

Skill/focus:  Set up tire, partner up

WOD
In teams of 2, with only one partner workng at a time, alternating rounds and completing as many reps and rounds as possible in 2o min of:
10 tire flips "anyone tough enough to tackle Bear?"
10 sit ups
15 tire jumps
AMRAP in 20 min

Rest 5 min
300 yd shuttle run
Post # rds per team and shuttle time for score
