It Only Looks Easy

Warm up:  TMU of jacks, sit ups, back ext, lunges 2x thru

Skill/focus:  Set up groups; 1-2 light sets to warm up

WOD
Groups of 3-4
4-6 deadlift (hand release)
60 s rest
8-10 weighted push ups
60 s rest
6-8 ea db rev alt lunges
60 s rest
8-10 db oh press
rest 60 s
5 sets
Work through the exercises as a team and strategize as needed with equipment.  If the higher number of reps is completed you must increase the weight.
Score is total of highest weight used for ea exercise for the rx number of reps
