Yep—Squats Again
Warm up: 400 m run, worlds’ greatest stretch (30 s ea), 10 sq, 10 ring rows
Skill/Focus: Back Squat 1 x 8, 1 x 5, 1 x 3, Db row 2 x 5
WOD
Back squat 3. 3. 2. 2
1 a db row x 8 ea
Rest 90 s only
Run 800 m and then immediately
10 goblet squats 70#/53#
10 pull ups
4 RFT
Post 2 rm and time for score
Saturday, September 15th: no regular classes; we are doing a WOD at Sweetwater Organic Farm.
Get to know and be a part of your local CSA. Join us at Sweetwater and get ready for some weeding and mulching along with invasive plant removal and general landscaping as we gather at Sweetwater Farm (6942 West Comanche Ave, Tampa, FL 22634) and then head to the site. We can make arrangements to meet at the box and carpool as it gets closer. Please RSVP by 9/12 if you are planning to attend by emailing me paula@crossfitjaguar.com
