Warm up: 250 m row, 10 mb deadlift, 10 mb front squat, 10 mb sh to oh
Skkill/focus: go through the complex with a light bar 1-2 times
WOD
4 set6s for max weight--without dropping the barbell until the set is completed
9 deadlift
6 front squat
3 shoulder to overhead
If barbell is dropped before set is completed penalty is a 250 m row.
Score is max weight of all 4 sets completed
