Warmup:  400 m run, 10 pvc pass thrus, 10 windmills ea cirection with pvc, 10 squats

Skill/focus:  Back Squat
set up, warm up and choose Manion option

WOD
Option 1:  Manion
run 400 m
29 back squats 135#/95#
7 RFT or AMRAP in 45 min (whichever comes first)

Option 2:  Manion Gone Mad Rx+
w/ a patner @ a 1:1
15 back squats 185#/135#
200 m run
5 rds ea for time

Option 3:  Manion Baker Acted Rx++
w/ a partner @ a 1:1
15 back squats 225#/155#
200 m run
5 rds ea for time
Post time for score
