Clean Sweep

Warm up:  400 m oh run 15#/10#, 20 partner push ups (10 ea), 50 m ea buddy carry

Skill/focus:  Power Clean
Take 5 - 10 mins to get to working weight

WOD
Teams of 2
w/ a person running at all times complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 min. . .

10 power cleans 135#/95#
10 clapping push ups
400 m run

Only 1 partner may be working on the power clean/push ups and only 1 partner may be running at a time.
Score is total rds and reps per team
