Teams of four (two men, two women) competed head to head in three WODs which incorporated the best that CrossFit has to offer: strength, speed, endurance, teamwork and camaraderie!
CrossFit-friendly vendors were on site, including equipment companies, paleo food services and more!
This event wasn’t just for the grown-ups, either—the little ones explored CrossFit Kids, a program specifically developed for the next generation of CrossFitters.
24 teams competed as they staked their claim to being the Best Box in the Bay! Over an extremely challenging 3 workout battle CF Lakewood Ranch dominated the field to take home 1st place. A fiery team from CF En Fuego following closely in their blaze to take 2nd place and CF Rebels staked claim to 3rd place. All team placement/standings will be posted on the website shortly.
