Warm up: Obstacle course- 2 forward rolls => 5 handstand kick ups => bear crawl to cone => high-knee skip to cone=> back pedal => 10 squats

Skill Focus: Pull Ups (hang on bar for 30 seconds- practice knees to chest- practice jumping pull ups)

WOD: 3 cartwheels
10 knees-to-chest
10 pull ups
10 push ups
