It certainly helps when you are taking pictures to have the camera card in. . . .

. . . case in point:  an excellent push press by Shira-- while I am missing the photo I have to share the story.  Her question to me was "if my 1 rm was 90 and I just did 80 for 5, does that mean my 1 rm went up?"  Well, since her last set was 90 x 6--yes Shira, it went up--way up:)
