Speed vs Technique
What's more important? A better way of phrasing that question is "what should come first?"
1. proper technique
2. develop speed
3. add the power
And why is that? The other 2 mean nothing without technique. A lousy movement executed fast and with power is still ineffective because the speed and power do not transition/focus where you want it. In other words, you have to have technique to be able to utilize your speed. Otherwise, your speed kinda works against you.
