Warm up:  250 m row, 2x:  5 pullups, 10 push ups, 10 mtn climbers

Skill/focus:  Dead hang pull-up
-progressions:  w/ band, bodyweight, w/weight
-chin over bar, full extension of elbows

Workout:
Weighted dh pull up 3. 3. 3. 3

25 m prowler sprint lo
25 m prowler sprint high
50 m buddy carry/switch
20 partner leg throws
3 RFT
Post 3 rm and time for score
