Warm up:  10 pass thrus, 10 arm circles ea way, 10 arm swings f/b, side to side

Skill/focus:  Handstand skill work; spend approximately 10 mins on holds w/ or w/out the wall, walking on hands or whatever modfication necessary

Workout:
Push press 4. 4. 4. 4

7 push press 185#/135#
12 lateral burpees (jump over bar)
3 RFT
Post 4 rm/time for score
