Phil's Snatch

Warm up:  Burgener 1 x 10 w/ pvc or light load

Skill:  OHS & Snatch

Workout:
OHS 3. 3. 3. 3. 3

3 power snatch 95/65# , rx+115#/75#
4 hang squat snatch
5 ohs
5 RFT
The goal is to make it through each round without putting the bar down,
with a 5 burpee penalty for everytime the bar is dropped to be done
at the end before calling time
