w/ a partner (one goes, one rests)
5 hspu
5 clapping push ups
5 swings 50-55#/30-35#
200 m sprint
10 rds for team time

Great teamwork in all classes today.

CF Jag's Tough Mudder O Course Run:  this Sunday, September 18th w/ Coach Al Rosen and I.  9701 Van Street, Tampa FL 33615  9:30 am.  A 90 min 4 mile w/ obstacles including but not limited to 10 ft wall, monkey bars and 15 ft cargo net.  I wouldn't want to miss this one.  Please rsvp paula@crossfitjaguar.com if you haven't already.  This is open to all CF Jaguar members even if they are not participating in the Tough Mudder.

Sunday Options:  for those not attending Coach Sandy is leading a 5 mile run on the Upper Tampa Bay Trail, please meet her at 8 am at Ballyhoo Grill.   And after Hot Box Yoga w/ Coach Janet at the box 10 am as usual.  No excuses!
