Weighted Wheels
Warm up: 3 x 100 m run, 10 squats, 10 push ups, 10 mtn clmbrs
Workout:
400 m run
15 goblet squats 50-55#/30-35#
or rx+ 9 front squats 155#/105#
10 hspu
40 mtn clmbrs (20 ea)
5 RFT
Group Run on Sunday: 8:00 am Upper Tampa Bay Trail w/ Coach Sandy. Meet at Ballyhoo at Gunn/Ehrlich. Rx is a 3+ mile run. We start increasing mileage on the 18th. For those of you that have not signed up next Sunday 9/18 at 9:30 am is a 4 mile run/obstacle course challenge w/ Coach Al Rosen. Cost is $20. Spaces are limited so please rsvp (paula@crossfitjaguar.com) no later thann 9/15 if you are planning on attending.
Yoga: Yes, we are having our usual 10:00 am yoga class this Sunday. Coach Janet is on vacation but we have a sub; those of you that have been attending regularly and those that have not are encouraged to do so. It has been helping me a lot with improved range of motion and decreased soreness.
Foundations Classes: Newcomers & veterans; don't forget there is a Foundations Class this Sat at 9:30 am. Learn or fine tune the movements and Olympic lifts while also getting a workout in.
