Warm up:  400 m run;
10 pvc pass thrus, 10 squats, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups

Workout:
Shoulder press 8 x 3 @ 60-70%
every 30 s

3 rope climbs
10 swings 70-75#/50-55#
20 push ups
AMRAP in 15 min
