I love taking pictures of the sights at the beach--different sizes, different shapes.  But what about the amount of body fat one carries?  Is it genetics?  Maybe 10%.  Is it exercise?  That's definitely an important part but more from a health/function/aesthetic standpoint, but 10-15% nonetheless.  Nutrition?  Definitely, 75-80%.  You are what you eat and I'd rather look like the "mature" guy on the left than the large guy on the right or the large gal in the middle.

Nicky, Nicky, Nicky!  You're all over that LeaderBoard lately.  Took another spot today with a 115# shoulder press 1rm.  Anyone out there want to take her on?

Track Stars:  don't forget that there's a 400 m challenge coming up soon if you want in on the action?  And rumor has it Sarah F is going after the 200 m within the week.  Any other takers?  Time and date TBA
