Take 15 to 18 min to work up to a heavy power clean

And she's comfortable too!
Shout Out: Dan took the spot on the LeaderBoard today for the squat clean with a PR of 270#, great job!! I must say I am enjoying the renewed interest in the efforts in vying for records.
