Opposites Attract

Warm up:  400 m run, tmu of swings 30#/20#/burpees

Skill/focus:  Deadlift & Push Press
2-3 sets to build load

10. 8. 6. 2 of
1.5x bw deadlifts
.75x be push press
for time
-use 1 bar
-you must load/unload and will count toward total time

5 min plank hold as team
15s rest after every min, if anyone comes out of plank during the min there will be a penalty of 5 burpees
All penalties will be done at the end
