Trust er' or Thrust er'

Warm up:  tmu of md cluster/sdhp

Skill/focus:  Thruster
2-3 sets to build load

Workout:
Take 15 to 18 min to find your 1 rm thruster

15 lateral burpees
20 sh to oh 75#/45#
25 box jumps
5 RFT
Post 1 rm and time for score

Dinner & a Lift:  Friday, July 15th at 6:00 pm.   Dinner immediately following at Grillsmith.  Workout attire is acceptable for dinner--we're not going clubbing after (or at least I'm not:)  If you have not yet signed up, we still have a few spots left.  There will be a regular 5:00 pm class.

Video & Gait Analysis:  Saturday, July 16th immediately following the 8:30 wod.  Doug from Sun Coast Running will be here to videotape/analyze your running technique and help you find appropriate footwear and other tips.  Those getting ready for the Tough Mudder will especially want to check this out!
