Pullover

Warm up:  400 m run, 3 x 5 of
-pvc pass thrus, pvc ohs, hspu, pullups

Skill/focus:  OHS
Take 5 to 10 min to build to a challenging load

Workout:
8 ohs 135#/95#
12 c2b burpulls*
400 m run
4 RFT
*substitute burpulls for c2b if necessary
and 12 burpees/12 pull ups if you do not have burpulls

Reminder:  Dinner & a Lift is this Friday, July 15th at 6:00 pm.  Please sign up if you haven't already, we have a few openings left.  When you arrive, sign up on the whiteboard for the lifts you will be attempting.  We will be working in groups.  Dinner will be at approximately 7:30 ish heading to Grillsmith.  A question has been posed as to what we will be wearing?  I say workout clothes, it is casual, efficient from a time standpoint and weather permitting we will be in the outside area.  Thoughts?  I will reconfirm time/dress no later than this Thurs.  There will be a regular 5:00 class that day also.

Shirt Update:  "In the next day or two".  All are done and in except for the "Get Hard" ones.  Will keep you posted.
