Danielle McClendon is September's Athlete of the Month. She has been a familiar face on the blog lately but that's because she's been making statements. Danielle is one of our strongest female atheltes and has been training here for a year. She hailed from CF RX in Atlanta--owned by her brother Damon Mosely & Lauren DeMarco and came to us with an excellent base.
However, within in the last year she has broken her PR on almost every lift, greatly improved her endurance and conditioning, taken her nutrition to the next level while competing in our Look Good Naked Fitness Challenge and placing in the top 3 and has taken her skills to the competitive arena as she prepares for a grueling obstacle course / fintess skills competition this November. Danielle is one of our finest role models here at CF Jaguar as she is always willing to share her knowledge with the newer members and encouraging to all those she trains along side with. Danielle is also enrolled in a CrossFit Level 1 Cert. this coming October. On top of all that Danielle is a great mom to her 2 beautiful daughters Camille and Cameron.
