Sweat w/ a Buddy

Warm up:  400 m run, Burgener warm up 1 x 10 45#/30#

Workout:
HPC x 15  115#/75#
alernating lunges
400 m run
AMRAP for 20 mins
-both partners work simultaneously, one cleans while the other lunges
-after one completes 15 cleans they swap movements
-after each performs both movements they take off on the run
-score is completed rounds and total lunges as a Team

The only way to have a strong and sound structure is to start with a solid foundation.  Every Friday at 5:00 pm we offer a complimentary Foundations class.  We also offer a private training Foundations Course at a discounted rate to CF members.

Self study/practice is also encouraged.  Many members have improved their technique and achieved the ability to perform certain exercises/movements by researching, watching videos and consistently applying that knowledge if even for only 5 minutes or so after classes.  We are certainly here to coach and help you in anyway we can but it won't happen on it's own; you must make it happen.
