Jack n' Jill
Warm up: 3 x 5: chin ups, hspu or mod of, burpees
Skill/focus: Overhead (press, pp or jerk)
warm up to load you will be using
Workout:
10 shoulder to overhead 135#/95#
10 dh chin ups 35#/20# db
5 RFT
Finisher:
1) muscle up practice on grip and other skils learned fro those than attened Fri's class / sh mobility work
2) pracitce any skill you are lacking (hs holds, du's etc) then mobility work on shoulders
