Muscle Up Clinic
A big thanks to Coach Kevin and an excellent first class in our Muscle Up Series. As with anything a solid foundation must be built first. Awesome turnout and we have plenty to work on/practice for the next 2 weeks. The next class will be Friday, March 27th at 5:00 pm. There will be no "regular" 5 pm wod that day but those that wish can wod on their own.
Deadlifts: Congratulations to all that PR'd yesterday on their deadlift 1 rm's. Forgive me for not mentioning every individual--there were so many I couldn't keep up. Special mention goes out to Adriana 180 (prev 115), Derek 385 (who swears he never dl'd before) and one for the Leader Board--Shaina 300#
