More Burpees

Warm up:  400 m run, tmu of squat holds / renegade rows 30#/20#

Workout:
Romanian deadlifts @3011
rest 90 s
3 sets
and then. . .

EMOM (until 100 burpees)
5 push ups
5 squats
max burpees
After completing the  push ups and squats do as many burpees as possible
until next min.  Go until 100 burpees are completed
