Do not forget to work on your mobility after class. It helps prevent injuries, improves range of motion/develops flexibility and if that isn't enough--it enhances performance (means lift heavier, run faster)
We celebrated Jenn's birthday a week before in the noon class but she spent her actual birthday on a cruise. Seemed only fitting we celebrated it all together with an appropriate wod. And another lovely picture of Jenn out of breath. . .
