In Over Your Head

Warm up:  400 m OH run stopping at the 100, 200  and 300
and performing 5 snatches each side and 5 oh squats ea side  20#/10#

Skill/focus:  Overhead Squat
Take 2 to 3 sets to build your load

Workout:
OH squat x 4-5
rest 2 mins
5 sets

20 steps walking db lunges 55#/35#
400 m run
3 RFT
