What a difference 8 weeks can make!  For me the Look Good Naked Challenge not only meant losing over 15 pounds, but more importantly feeling better physically and mentally. My husband and I joined Crossfit Jaguar at the end of December, and we were excited to hear about the challenges that Paula coordinates for the gym.  I knew that it would be great incentive for me to stay on track not only with exercise, but also my diet.

In just the few short months I have been a member I have learned so much about the proper way to exercise.  Working out is no longer a chore it is now part of my life and regular routine, and the workout changes daily so that it certainly never gets boring.

I thought the Primal Feasting diet would be a lot harder than it actually is.  I have to admit that I missed my cereal breakfast and chocolate candy bars at first, but now it's not even a thought that crosses my mind.  Will I ever cheat with a beer or chocolate?  Yes. I'm being realistic, but it will be the exception and not the rule.  Just as I have made exercise part of my life I have also adopted Primal Feasting as my regular diet.

Paula and her coaching staff, as well as the other crossfit junkies at the gym, inspire me daily to keep going toward my health and fitness goals. I have never felt as strong or as focused as I do today, and I have Crossfit Jaguar to thank.  Bring on the Swimsuit Challenge!
