I wouldn't piss her off if I were you--she takes no prisoners. Carla is March's Athlete of the Month. She has been with us over a year and has made remarkable gains in strength, flexibility, power, endurance and overall fitness. She is a leader in the classes and an exemplary role model. Carla gives her all, all the time with technique, full range of motion and counts every rep. She tolerates no negativity, encourages other participants and integrity is her middle name. We are proud to have Carla as part of our family and salute her as CF Jaguar's athlete of the month!
