*Men - if you are under 225 pounds in body weight, use 225 pounds for this workout. If you are over 225
pounds in body weight, use your body weight.
Women- if you are under 155#, use 155 for this workout. If you are over 155 use your bodyweight
With a running clock, complete 5 rounds of the prescribed work in the order written. One round consists
of max back squats (without re-racking) and 7 burpee box jumps
There will be two scores for this workout. Score A is the time on the clock when the 5 rounds are
completed. Score B is the total number of back squats completed.
