100 Calories (Row or Bike)
100m Plate Carry 45/25
80 Burpees
100m Plate Carry 45/25
60 Sit Ups
100m Plate Carry 45/25
40 Plate Step Ups
*Team will have 1-45/25 plate and it may not touch the ground the entire workout. If it does, 5
burpee penalty for both teammates
**Teammates may split reps however they decide

**Both teammates will go on the carry but only one person can hold the plate, may switch as needed
