WOD: RX: Partner Hero Wes

For time:

Run 800 meters with a 25/15 lb plate together (one plate, switch as needed)

Then, 14 rounds* of:

5 strict pull-ups (subs: w/bands, Rogue bar or 10 ring rows)

4 burpee box jumps, 24/20

3 cleans, 185/135 (full or power)

Then, run 800 meters with a 25/15 lb plate together

*Each partner A completes full round before partner B goes - for 7 rounds each

OR

RX +: Individual Hero Wes

For time:

Run 800 meters with a 25/15 lb plate

Then, 14 rounds of:
