20 min AMRAP
A) 400m Run/500m row/1000m Bike
B) Max Complex of
3 Double KB Deadlifts
3 Double KB Russian Swings
3 Double KB Front Squats
3 Double KB Push Jerks
*Partner 1 will go a 400m run while partner 2 works on as many KB Complexes possible. Once partner 1
gets back, partner 2 now goes for a 400m run, while partner 1 works on the KB Complexes. Keep
switching until 20 minutes is up.
*All 4 movements (12 reps) must be unbroken for complex rep to count.
*Completed 400m runs count as 2 reps for scoring purposes. 200m is 1 rep
Score is max complexes.
