EXTRA CREDIT: Complete one Kelly Starrett mobility poster post-WOD

Coach’s Notes


-Dip ladder works the same as the pull-up ladder from last week


-Scale dips first to dip station, then to boxes. If a member is too strong for boxes but not strong enough for the dip station, elevate the feet on another box in a pike position
